Veteran's Care

We care for you like we care for family

At Victory Personal Care, we not only provide outstanding care for veterans, we also help them obtain the funds to pay for the care they need.

Victory Personal Care has established relationships with law firms, paralegals and others who can help guide veterans through the maze of obtaining VA benefits.

Veteran’s Care

We want to help veterans and their families understand what VA programs are available and if they are legally qualified before making a decision to purchase care.

At Victory Personal Care, our mission is to provide veterans with the most outstanding care possible, and also to assist them in obtaining the funds to pay for the care they need.

Victory Personal Care helps some of America’s most deserving citizens remain in their homes longer while maintaining a healthy and safer lifestyle. Or, if the veteran chooses to move to an assisted living community, benefits can also apply to the cost of room and board as well as personal care.

Accreditation is required by federal law to provide veterans assistance

There are many organizations and individuals who claim to offer assistance to veterans.

Many such organizations and individuals simply advise veterans to file their claims, and then see what happens. Beware!

Federal Statute 38 USC §5901 and Regulations (38 CFR 14.626 and 14.629) require anyone assisting a veteran with advice, consultation or the preparation, presentation and prosecution of a benefits claim be accredited by the VA Office of General Counsel. This is to assure veterans receive accurate and professional assistance.
